No calls from you Matt… I need my truck back asap. We spoke last week and you were gonna flush the coolant over the weekend. Now you said you just did it today? I asked for a quote for the water pump by Monday. It’s now the end of the day on Tuesday and I don’t have a quote and you don’t have the parts. Unsatisfied customer here. If this isn’t resolved in a timely manner I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This shop has helped me with problems that over 15 shops across the U.S. was unable to help me with!! They also had a lucky part on hand that we havnt been able to find anywhere else. They seem to specialize in large vehicles like RVs, they serviced my sprinter van. Kieth, Cole, and Hudson were so friendly and helpful. They were quick, Friendly, and AFFORDABLE!!! Unbeatable price. Bonus points for a nice clean waiting area and bathrooms. Saving this place for future sprinter van repair needs!

March 12, 2026 10:15 am I was recommended by Rush Truck Center to come here to take care of what should have been a simple thing to do, and that was to simply inflate some tires on a 2025 Ford F600 with duals. I went to several other places on my way here from out of state. The rear right inside dual was simply 15 psi down from what it should have been. It turns out that the upfitters I picked up the truck from or Ford did not mount the duals in a manner that would make for airing up tires to be easy. I would venture to say that no one took notice that airing these tires was going to be a big problem. When I arrived I spoke to the guys at the front counter and they directed me to Bay 7 and that is where I was greeted by Mason. Man, this young guy has no chip on his shoulder and is spot on with a great attitude and customer service skills. A few of his buddies kicked in some time to help fix some issues they discovered. Each of these guys need to be recognized for being helpful and accommodating where they didn't really have to. Mason, Jaden and Jonathan went above and beyond. If you have a bad experience here, it probably didn't involve these gentlemen. The guys at the front

I had literally gone under the bridge close to this shop by the Starbucks shopping center when I picked up a nice size metal piece off the street with the rear tire. I had to contact AAA since tire had no air at all. I came to this shop at a very busy time. I explained my situation to the gentleman in the front and he stated it could take up to 1 1/2 before they could help me. I know he could tell that I was already having a pretty bad day. He said if you give 15 to 20 minutes I could squeeze you in. It definitely made me feel much better, they were able to patch up my tire in less then 15 minutes and mannn I was so relieved from this bad day I was having. Thank you Roberts tires I couldn't have been more grateful. To gentleman by the name of Mason who serviced my car and the gentleman in the front I couldn't get his name. Thank you for you exceptional service!

I am more than satisfied with my experience at Roberts. I drove my mini-bus 75 miles from Globe early yesterday morning with an inside right rear dual that was paper thin. There are no shops in Globe with bays large enough to lift my bus for an alignment, so I researched several tire stores and settled on Roberts. Keith at the front desk was very accomodating after I bought 6 tires and requested an alignment afterwards. He didn't have to try to get me in for an alignment. They already had prior appointments and he could have had me schedule another day, but he made sure I was able to get everything squared away before heading "back up the hill". All the staff were professional, friendly, and answered my questions without hesitation. I was very satisfied with Roberts and overall value of services rendered.
